Girls

When I was young, like 14, I had this idea that if I could draw a girl that someone looked at and found attractive, then that would have meant that I had reached a level of skill I could be happy with. It’s an ongoing pursuit, but one I’m happy to take. Please enjoy these as much as I enjoy creating them.

I’m constantly doodling with all types of mediums, from Pencil to Pen to Copic Markers and everything in between. I typically prefer to just doodle and never get too clean with my lines.

This next set of paintings were part of my musings when I was trying to work on my lighting and rendering skills. Most of them were created in about 2 hour sessions with a live model.
